- At New Image Dance Company, the primary mission is to develop professionally trained dancers. Our daily goal is to lead all of our dancers closer to a professional level. We believe in every one of our dancers, in the infinite possibilities of their talent, and in our ability to help them achieve their full potential. Self-esteem is imperative in the company. We have carefully selected our faculty to assure that positive leadership is practiced in the training of our dancers. At NIDC, we instill confidence and enforce unity. We do not tolerate negativity on our premises, and we understand that your time is valuable. Finally, we must all share and strive for a common goal of respect and loyalty to the company.
